Tourplan has provided the Distribution Channel “Tourplan DX” for Hotel Product suppliers to distribute products, rates and availability through Channel Manager software to Tourplan software users systems.
By using Tourplan DX you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of use:
1) You may use Tourplan DX to distribute a variety of products and rate plans to all or selected Tourplan users on the condition that you provide at least one BAR Room Only product to all Tourplan users on each day you provide any other product and rate plan to any Tourplan user.
2) Tourplan will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage or for any loss of business, property, profit or data, however caused including negligence, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect to any aspect of the use or performance of Tourplan DX.
